“The earth does not belong to the man, man belongs to the earth. All things are connected like the blood that unites us all. Man did not weave the web of life, he is merely a strand in it, whatever he does to the web he does to himself” -Chief Seattle
No need to give any further introduction, you can already guess what I’m going to discuss here. The above words were extracted from the historical letter written by the great Chief Seattle to the American president in 1852 showing great enthusiasm towards the environment.
The sad truth is, now we are being punished by the invisible forces for what we have done to the environment. Who can give a guarantee to the cleanliness of water we humans drink? Who can give a guarantee to the purity of the air we humans breathe? The obvious answer is that nobody can give a guarantee.
The reason is non-other that we humans have defiled the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the soil we live on ruthlessly by being selfish.
We all are now being hit by the global pandemic “COVID 19”. Still, no one has been able to find the actual cause behind this. But one thing is clear, man is getting the return price for what he has done to nature and the environment.
Why can’t we all humans think as one and start to change this from our doorstep without pointing fingers at others? Man is the only one who is responsible for these tragedies. In fact, only MAN can change this too.
If this continues to happen not only man but also every living and non-living thing on earth will have no survival on earth. Waiting for the authorities to take action in this regard is just a fruitless thing.
Start from your own place and sooner this environment would be a heaven for me, you, and everyone to live.
