More than any day, today the world needs to unite as one against this unseen force that is rapidly
spreading among us, killing our loved ones, destroying the livelihood of the living, and breaking
the hearts of many around us. The more we unite against this, the more we can work towards
saving precious lives.
White or black, rich or poor, old or young, each and every one of you is equally at risk of being
devoured by this cruel virus that’ll unsympathetically leave you helpless with no cure, except for
god’s assistance. Everyone is just left with praying to a God that they believe in, relying on the
good they’ve done to help them get through the bad times. Technological innovations have
reached their peaks, yet we won’t be able to overcome this cold-blooded war unless we unite as
one to fight this, by doing our part in stopping the spread.
Despite all differences, we are all human beings made of the same flesh, blood, and skin, which
will one day turn into another lifeless part of Mother Earth. We are not here to live forever, so
it’s our duty to make sure we make our lives worth the while by doing something for the world
and not just for one’s own self.
Today, Palestine and Israel are killing each other for a land that they don’t even own. Stop for a
moment and give it some thought. Do you take with you the land you live in when you die? Why
fight for something you don’t even own, why destroy life for something that’s lifeless? What
has this human race come to?
It’s high time we start working for “our” growth rather than working only for “my” growth
because selfishness will only lead you towards negativity. For instance, when in trouble or a
natural disaster or even a pandemic, the race, class, wealth, color, or religion of a person
does not matter. Whatever the tragedy is, every human being would equally suffer. But, if we
help each other through the hard times, setting aside all differences, getting through life would be
much easier and the world would be a much better place for all of us.
Today we are focusing on our own development and forgetting about those around us and the
environment which gives us life, leading the human race in for another mass extinction by
destroying our one and only support system. Human beings have just one planet, that is earth and
it’s the one safe place for us, so we should all cherish it together.
Humans are the so-called most developed organisms on earth but looking back at recent
history makes us all doubt how developed humans might be. It’s time we start thinking
like the developed creatures we are and look at things with a broader perspective, stop sorting
human beings based on color, class, riches, etc. but, instead unify as one for the betterment and
survival of all living beings. Let’s all stand up for the human race as one spirit and start looking
at people for who they really are and spread love, care, and equality among all, in spite of the
dissimilarities. Always remember, “Together we conquer, divided we fall”.
