Like the banks to the river, Like the shore to the sea waves, Like the sky to the stars Is comradeship to humans. Thriving friendships, seeking lovers Bonds built on companionship, Ease the weight of daily struggles, Of what we call life Not only in humans we find friends, For the whole nature exists in her glory. The breeze, the trees, the forests The rivers, the ocean and the mountains Never leave you feeling gloomy. Books, provide life and love, And loneliness is replaced with solace. For we can find friends in places where, Tension leaves and contentment settles. In movies, we find roles that stay close To our hearts and souls, In music, we cherish the memories, That keep us warm on coldest of nights. Pets we cherish with all our hearts Are a vital source of love in life. For friendship is spoken via actions, Not by mere verbal syllables. To be a place to come back to, Is to find a friend in it. And to find a place to come back to, Is a mission in the loop of life.
