Can you remember?
The day we found the magic faraway tree
In the enchanted woods…
Met a lot of fairy creatures
With their blinky blonky moods…
Once we sailed through the sea
To the amazing Kirrin island
With the George and her fellows
Spent the most mysterious days
Of our childhood….
How do we forget?
The freaking days we spent
At the St. Clare’s college
Got a chance to escape
Then, trapped in a mystery
Always…
Once we were members of the
Secret seven gang
We tasted that food…
They brought everyday
Together we dove deep
Into adventure seas…
George, Julian, Anne, Dick, Timmy, Peggy, Nora, Mike, Jack, Moon face, Saucepan Man, and Silky the Fairy were the characters we loved most. Enid Blyton was the novelist of our childhood. I think Blyton’s books are the children’s favorite ones in the last few decades. She drowned us in an ocean of mystery, joy, and friendship. I think she may have been blessed by everyone who lived in her mystery world. Thanks, to her for making our childhood a wonderful one.
